We wish to inform that the Company policies do not allow us to make changes, but we can receive your product to return and give you a refund of your order so you can make a new one with the size or model that fits your needs in the best way possible.
You will receive inside the package a Prepaid Label return that you can use to send the item back to our warehouse (International shipping does not apply for a Prepaid Label). To qualify for return and refund, please follow these instructions:
You have “Free 30 days Returns” to send back unworn merchandise, with all tags still attached for refund. Your item is subject to quality approval from our warehouse.
To qualify for return or exchange, items must be received in our warehouse within 30 days of original shipping in the following conditions:
- Items must be unworn, with all tags still attached shipped back in their original packaging.
- Items must be free of scents and marks
After that you will receive an email with your confirmation of your return received and your refund.

Once your package is in our store please allow up to 7 business days to process your return. And when we make your refund, please allow an additional 10 business days for the credit to be available in your bank account. We, of course, try to process it as quickly as possible.Our goal is to give you the best support and service.
We would like to know in advance if the credit card or the bank account you had used when you first purchased the garment is closed or detained in some way, all that to assure you a successfully performed refund's wire into your account or credit card mentioned above.
